U.S. Chamber files amicus brief urging federal district court to enjoin labeling mandate requiring businesses to affix a pictograph of a laboratory flask labeled “PFAS” to products containing per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances

The brief argues that the mandate is not “purely factual and uncontroversial,” is subject to strict scrutiny under the First Amendment, and cannot satisfy even the more deferential Zauderer standard.
